Magazine content description

Maska: Performing Arts Journal is a journal of the performing arts with the longest tradition in Europe (it was first published in 1920).

Maska functions as a critical platform for the field of performing arts, which turns it into a space of reflections, confrontations, and discussions about contemporary art and its local and global contexts. Every issue of Maska is dedicated to a certain topic. Besides the contributions on the chosen topic, the journal features interviews with artists and theoreticians, performance and book reviews, articles about hidden phenomena in contemporary performing arts, research findings, etc.

It is published four times per year as a double issue.
